Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi and Wells Fargo have teamed up to offer you optional banking convenience with your linked SandDollar$ Card. Use it as your official student ID, for campus privileges, and for your day-to-day financial needs on and off campus when it's linked to a Wells Fargo checking account, with two account options ideal for students. Enjoy no-fee access to Wells Fargo ATMs nationwide, including the Wells Fargo ATM on campus. Make purchases using your Personal Identification Number (PIN) with your linked SandDollar$ Card. Link your SandDollar$ Card to a Wells Fargo Clear Access Banking account for these exclusive benefits during each fee period:

  • No monthly service fee charged.
  • No Wells Fargo fees for up to four cash withdrawals from non-Wells Fargo ATMs in the U.S.
  • Courtesy refund of one incoming wire transfer fee.

Link your SandDollar$ Card to an Everyday Checking account to receive the same benefits during each fee period, as well as:

  • No fee charged for one overdraft.

Access to additional services such as:

Linking your SandDollar$ Card

  • Getting Your Card: Visit the SandDollar$ Office site for instructions on receiving your SandDollar$ Card.
  • Once you have your card, you can link it to an existing Wells Fargo checking account or open a new account by speaking with a banker at a Wells Fargo branch (operating hours and availability will be noted). The closest branches to your campus are:
    • Wells Fargo - Flour Bluff - 1190 Waldron (1-361-939-6440)
    • Wells Fargo - Gulfway - 6000 S. Padre Island Dr. (1-361-866-6153)
    • Wells Fargo - Alameda - 4251 S. Alameda St. (1-361-730-1541)

Reporting your lost or stolen linked SandDollar$ Card

Contact your school

  • Lost or stolen cards and unauthorized use of cards must be reported to the SandDollar$ Office as soon as possible. You may contact the office during normal business hours, either in person at Room 107 in the University Center, or by calling 1-361-825-5978.
  • Lost or stolen cards may also be reported via the GET Mobile APP. Login to GET, go to menu and select "Settings." Select the "Is your card lost?" button to disable use of the card.
  • Lost or stolen cards may also be reported online at mysanddollars.tamucc.edu. Login to MySanddollars and select "Report Lost Card" from the menu.

If your card is linked to a Wells Fargo account, immediately contact Wells Fargo 24/7 at 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557). We accept all relay calls, including 711.
