When you apply for a moving loan through Wells Fargo, you can select the loan option that fits your budget.

If approved, you could get funds as early as the same day you sign, like 97% of our customers do.

The APR for a moving loan can vary based on factors unique to you, including your loan amount, term, and credit history. And if you have a qualifying Wells Fargo account, you may be eligible for a 0.25% or 0.50% rate discount with Autopay.

At least 10% of the applicants approved for these terms qualified for the lowest rate available based on data from 10/01/2025 to 12/31/2025. The rates shown are as of 01/10/2026 and subject to change without notice. Your Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be based on the amount of credit requested, loan term and your creditworthiness. The lowest rate available assumes excellent credit history.

To qualify for a customer relationship discount, you must have a qualifying Wells Fargo consumer checking account and make automatic payments from a Wells Fargo deposit account. If automatic payments are canceled, for any reason at any time, after account opening, the interest rate and the corresponding monthly payment may increase. Only one relationship discount may be applied per application.
