Part 2: Wells Fargo Rewards^® Program Terms and Conditions Summary, and
Wells Fargo Active Cash Visa^® Card Account Addendum

These Wells Fargo Rewards Program Terms and Conditions Summary and Addendum (collectively called Terms) are only a summary of the full Terms. Other restrictions and requirements apply. If approved for the Wells Fargo Active Cash Visa Card, we will provide you with the full Terms.

In this information, "you" and "your" mean each person who owns a Wells Fargo Credit Card (Credit Card) and participates in its Wells Fargo Rewards^® (Program), according to our records.

• Represent all the Program’s "rules" for our credit card
• Include any additional terms and conditions we reference
• Include any promotional terms and conditions for earning bonus Rewards

• Rewards Expiration
• Rewards Forfeiture
• Rewards Earnings and Limitations

By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms. You also acknowledge that you must consent to certain agreements to use your account online.

Please note: This Program is not available for products, promotions, or offers unless we specifically allow it.

1. What do you earn by participating in the Program?

   In this Program, you have a Rewards Account, which holds, calculates, or collects Rewards. These Rewards can be either Cash Rewards (including Rebates) or Points. Rewards only have cash value when or after you redeem them.

2. How do we calculate Cash Rewards?

   For every $1 you spend with this Credit Card for net purchases, you earn two cents ($0.02) in Cash Rewards. Net purchases are purchases you make minus any returns and/or credits you have. We round the amount to the nearest one cent.

3. How do you earn or accumulate Cash Rewards?

   You can earn unlimited Cash Rewards, unless we tell you otherwise. You can do so in a variety of ways, including:

   • Credit Card Purchases

     • At qualifying merchants
     • With other promotions or offers that we provide you

   • Non-Credit Card Activity

     • Gifts
     • Transfers
     • Other similar activity

   • Promotions and Offers

     You may also earn bonus Cash Rewards for promotions or offers that you have with your Credit Card Account. We will give you the terms and conditions for earning bonus Cash Rewards when your Credit Card account has a promotion or offer. A limit may exist on bonus Cash Rewards.

4. Which transactions do not earn Cash Rewards?

   The following transactions do not earn Cash Rewards for your Account:

   • Cash Advances and Any Kind of Equivalents

     • ATM transactions
     • Cash advances
     • Money orders
     • Pre-paid gift cards
     • Traveler’s checks
     • Wire transfers

   • Balance Transfers

     • Balance transfers
     • SUPERCHECKS^TM

   • Disputes and Illegal Transactions

     • Disputed or illegal purchases
     • Purchases that violate these Terms or Addendum, or credit card account agreement terms

   • Fees and Interest

     Any fees or interest that post to your Credit Card account, such as:
     • Annual or monthly fees
     • Returned payment fees
     • Late fees

   • Gambling Transactions

     Any gambling transactions you make, including:
     • Bets or wagers made online
     • Casino gaming chips
     • Lottery tickets
     • Off-track wagers

5. What can reduce or eliminate your Cash Rewards?

   You will lose earned Cash Rewards if you return a purchase or receive credit from a disputed purchase. As a result, you may create a negative Cash Rewards balance, which will appear in your Rewards Account within one to two billing periods. We will calculate this negative balance into your Rewards Balance as you continue to buy items or do other non-credit card activity.

6. Do Cash Rewards expire?

   Cash Rewards do not expire while the Credit Card account is open.

7. What can you redeem your Cash Rewards for?

   You can redeem your Rewards for a variety of uses, including:
   • Cash redemption
   • Physical and electronic gift cards
   • Charitable donations
   • Travel
   • Merchandise
   • Pay With Rewards (PWR) at PWR Merchants

8. How can you redeem Cash Rewards?

   You can redeem Cash Rewards in the following ways:

   • By phone or online

     You can redeem Cash Rewards in $25 increments. You can request a paper check or automatically apply them to either your:
     • Eligible Wells Fargo Checking or Savings accounts or
     • Wells Fargo credit products that qualify to receive cash redemptions.

   • Through a Wells Fargo ATM

     You can redeem Cash Rewards in $20 increments. You can either withdraw cash or transfer Rewards to an eligible Wells Fargo account. To redeem Cash Rewards in this way, you must have a Wells Fargo Debit or ATM card. A maximum limit may exist on the dollar amount of cash redemption rewards you can make each day at a Wells Fargo ATM.

9. What happens to your Cash Rewards if you pay your Credit Card account late?

   You are required to pay your Credit Card account by its due date. Late payments will affect your ability to earn and redeem that Credit Card’s Rewards. You will not be able to redeem, transfer, or gift them until you settle your late payment.

10. Can we change these Terms and the Program?

    Yes. We can change the Terms and change, suspend, or cancel any part of the Program at any time and for any reason. These changes may do any of the following:
    • Prevent you from earning and/or using Rewards
    • Decrease Rewards value
    • Cause you to lose Rewards

    If we materially change your Terms or the Program, we will notify you ahead of time. If we cancel the Program, then you must redeem your Rewards within three months from the date we notify you of this change. After this period, you lose any unredeemed Rewards.

11. Can we stop you from participating in the Program?

    Yes. We can immediately suspend or cancel your Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. We will do so if you do any of the following:
    • Violate these Terms or your Credit Card account terms and conditions
    • Engage in fraud or suspected fraud, or someone associated with your Account does
    • Misuse or game the Program, or take another similar action
    If we suspend or cancel your Program, this action may:
    • Prevent you from earning and/or using Rewards
    • Decrease Rewards value
    • Cause you to lose Rewards
    • Require us to close your Credit Card account

12. Can you cancel your Cash Rewards Program?

    Yes. You can cancel your Cash Rewards by closing your Credit Card Account. The following conditions apply:

    • If you have closed all your Rewards-eligible credit card accounts: You give up any pending or active Rewards that exist on the date that the Account closes. The only exceptions are what may exist in the Terms.
    • If you have multiple credit card accounts in your Rewards Account and you close one credit card account: Your Rewards still stay in your Rewards Account.
