Alec Brondolo is an executive director and senior analyst in the Equity research department at Wells Fargo Securities, covering the Small & Medium Cap Internet sector. He ranked No. 2 in Media in the 2024, 2023 and 2022 Extel (formerly Institutional Investor) All-America equity research surveys, and as a runner-up in Cable/Telco. Prior to Wall Street, Steve worked in aerospace & defense as a broker in the Middle East. He holds a master’s degree in international affairs from George Washington and a bachelor’s in political economy from Tulane. He’s an avid marathoner and rock climber.
Ken Gawrelski, a managing director and senior Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, brings more than 20 years of experience as an analyst, operator and investor in the Internet sector. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2023, Ken ran a successful long/short portfolio for nearly a decade at Adage Capital Management in Boston. Previously, Ken was a TMT analyst at Carlson Capital, following roles in corporate development at both Sony and AOL. Ken began his career on the sell-side as an Internet research analyst at CIBC World Markets. Ken earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Jason Kupferberg is a managing director and senior Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities covering the Payments, Processors & IT Services sector. Jason has more than two decades of experience covering this space at Bank of America, Jefferies and UBS. He has earned notable recognition in various external polls, including achieving a ranked position in the Extel All-America Research survey in 10 of the past 11 polls in which he participated. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Eric Luebchow is an executive director and senior Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities on the Telecom Services and Communications Infrastructure team. His coverage includes wireless carriers, data centers, wireless towers and fiber-optic broadband providers. The Wells Fargo team ranked in the top 10 in the latest Institutional Investor poll of Communications Infrastructure analysts, including runner-up finishes in 2017-2020. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Eric spent four years in investment banking at J.P. Morgan within its Public Finance Group. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics from Duke University. Eric is also a CFA charterholder.
Ryan MacWilliams is an executive director and senior Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities covering the Small & Midcap Software sector. Ryan previously worked at Barclays where he was a key member of the Software team that ranked No. 2 in the Small & Midcap Software sector and runner-up in the Large Cap Software sector in the 2024 Extel All-America research survey. Ryan ranked runner-up as an individual in Small & Midcap Software. Ryan is a CFA charterholder and earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Penn State University.
Omar Mejias is a vice president and equity analyst covering the Media & Entertainment and Audio sectors at Wells Fargo Securities. The Media team most recently ranked No. 2 in the 2022 Institutional Investor All-America equity research survey. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Omar was a director at Advent-Morro Equity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on LatAm investments. Prior to Advent-Morro, Omar spent six years covering the Consumer Foods space at BMO Capital Markets and BB&T Capital Markets. Omar earned a BA in finance from Loyola University in New Orleans and a Master’s of Finance from Tulane University – A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Daniel Osley is a vice president and equity analyst covering the Media & Entertainment and Advertising Services sectors at Wells Fargo Securities. The Media team most recently ranked No. 2 in the 2022 Institutional Investor All-America equity research survey. Daniel joined the firm in 2018 out of undergraduate studies, after previously interning in the department. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Franklin & Marshall College, where he graduated with magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors.

He ranked runner-up in the 2024, 2023, 2021 & 2020 Extel (formerly Institutional Investor) All-America equity research survey for SMID-cap software. Michael joined Wells in 2019 from Deutsche Bank where he served as lead analyst covering Application Software. Michael has more than 13 years of industry experience, including as a key member of the No. 1 II-ranked team covering U.S. software while at UBS & as a covering analyst on the top five-ranked software team at DB. Michael has two degrees in engineering, including an MS from Stanford University; he is a CFA charterholder.
