Wells Fargo customers can access Wells Fargo Online and Wells Fargo Business Online with no fee. However, some online services may have additional fees. Bank-to-Bank Transfers (Consumer and Business)

Description

Transfer money between your accounts at Wells Fargo and other U.S. financial institutions, and skip the trip to the bank.

Transactions to other people (e.g. Wires, Zelle®, Bill Pay) are covered under other service descriptions.

Additional Information

Terms and conditions apply. Setup is required for transfers to other U.S. financial institutions, and may take 3 – 5 days. Bill Pay (Business and Consumer)

Description

Pay your bills and invoices online from your business or personal accounts.

Additional Information

There's no monthly service fee to use Bill Pay. Charges may apply, however, for Wells Fargo Same Day Payments ServiceSM. Please refer to our fees page for fees associated with our online services. Additional fees may apply for certain funding accounts used in Bill Pay. Account fees (e.g. monthly service, overdraft) may also apply to your account(s) that you make Bill Pay payments from. Please refer to the Account Agreement, including the Fee and Information Schedule, applicable to your account(s).

Cashier's Checks

Description

Order a cashier’s check online or in-person at any Wells Fargo banking location.

$10 each.

Additional Information

For online orders of cashier’s checks to be delivered to an address in the U.S., there will be an $8 delivery charge in addition to the $10 Wells Fargo fee. Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery of checks is limited to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Digital Wallet

Direct Pay (Business)

Description

Pay employees and vendors as soon as the next business day.

Wells Fargo Fee

Direct Pay access costs $10 per monthly billing cycle for each business that enrolls. No fees are charged for Direct Pay payments made to Wells Fargo personal bank accounts. Direct Pay payments to non-Wells Fargo personal bank accounts cost $0.50 per payment. All Direct Pay payments to business bank accounts cost $3 each.

eBills

Description

Receive online versions of your paper bills through Wells Fargo Bill Pay.

ExpressSend®

Description

With ExpressSend, you can send money to 13 countries throughout Latin America and Asia.

Wells Fargo Fee

ExpressSend transfer fees vary periodically, and are subject to change at any time. Specific fees will be disclosed at the time you start a transaction.

For the ExpressSend transfer fees currently in effect, talk to a Banker or refer to the ExpressSend Remittance Cost Estimator online.

In addition to the transfer fee, Wells Fargo makes money when it converts one currency to another currency for you. The exchange rate provided to you is set by Wells Fargo in its sole discretion, and it includes a markup. Description

The RSA SecurID device provides an extra layer of security by generating a random 6-digit Personal Access Code that is used to sign on to advanced online payments services.

Statements (Online)

Description

View your account statements online, and stop delivery of your statements by U.S. Mail.

Additional Information

Online Statements require Adobe® Acrobat® PDF reader. The length of time Online Statements are available to view and download varies depending on the product: up to 12 months for auto loans and student loans; up to 2 years for credit cards, home equity lines of credit, and personal loans and lines of credit; and up to 7 years for deposit accounts, home mortgage accounts, and trust and managed investment accounts. The length of time the specific product statements are available online can be found in Wells Fargo Online® in Statements & Documents. Stop Payment

Description

Request a stop payment online or by phone for a paper item (check) or pre-authorized ACH (Automated Clearing House) item. You will need to provide the following:

Paper item – payee name, account number, check number or range of check numbers, check date and check amount.

ACH item - account number, payee name, effective date, and amount of item.

Wells Fargo Fee

$31 each item.

Additional Information

There is no fee for placing stop payments on lost or stolen blank checks. Fees may vary based on the type of account you have, please refer to your Consumer or Business Fee and Information Schedule, as applicable.

Tax Documents (Online)

Wells Fargo Same Day Payments ServiceSM

Description

Make a same day Bill Pay payment.

Wells Fargo Fee

Personal and Business.

The fee for a same day payment (which is also displayed on the screen when you select the same day payment option) is $14.95 per payment for a same day credit payment such as a credit card payment, mortgage payment, or auto loan payment to non-Wells Fargo accounts, and $7.95 per payment for other same day payments.

Wires through Wells Fargo Online (Consumer and Business)

Description

Send domestic and international wire transfers.

Wells Fargo Fee

Wire Money fees are disclosed at the time you input a wire transfer. Refer to your Consumer or Business Fee and Information Schedule, as applicable.  In addition to the transfer fee, Wells Fargo makes money when it converts one currency to another currency for you. The exchange rate provided to you is set by Wells Fargo in its sole discretion, and it includes a markup. Additional Information

Certain Private Bank Online Banking wire transfer fees are waived if a wire is funded from eligible accounts. If you are eligible for fee waivers and lose your eligibility, fees will be assessed, when applicable, to any transactions that are processed on or after the date you lose your eligibility.

Wires funded by Team MemberSM Checking have their fees waived.

Zelle®

Description

Send and receive money with Zelle®. Zelle® is a convenient way to send money quickly between friends, family, and other people you know and trust. All you need is your recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number. On your mobile phone, you can request money too.

Wells Fargo Fee

Wells Fargo does not charge a fee to send, receive, or request money with Zelle®. However, your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply if you use Zelle® on a mobile device.

Additional Information

Enrollment with Zelle® through Wells Fargo Online® or Wells Fargo Business Online® is required. Terms and conditions apply. U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes. For your protection, Zelle® should only be used for sending money to friends, family, or others you trust. Neither Wells Fargo nor Zelle® offers a protection program for authorized payments made with Zelle®. The Request feature within Zelle® is only available through Wells Fargo using a smartphone. In order to send payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®. To send or receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking experience.
