Definitions. The terms below have the following meanings:
- "Account" means a Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card* issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo," "We," "Our," and "Us").
- "Billing Cycle" is the interval between statements for Your Account.
- "Net Purchases" means purchases charged to Your Account minus returns and adjustments.
- "You" and "Your" means each person that has an Account.
- "Stamp" represents an earning unit in the Hotels.com Rewards program, and may be referred to as a "night" in the Hotels.com Rewards program terms and conditions when used to refer to Your booking and staying at an eligible Hotels.com rewards property.
Any capitalized terms not defined in this Card Rewards Program are defined in the Hotels.com Rewards program.
- Agreement. These Terms govern Your use of the Card Rewards Program. You agree to these Terms by participating in both this Card Rewards Program as well as the Hotels.com Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. We may share Account information with Hotels.com for purposes of administering or servicing the Card Rewards Program. Wells Fargo or Hotels.com may contact You using any contact information You provide for purposes of servicing the Card Rewards Program. You must have an open Hotels.com Rewards account in which you are earning stamps in US dollars.
- Earning Stamps with Your Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card. One way to earn Stamps on Your Hotels.com Rewards membership is through purchases made on Your Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card. The Card Rewards Program is automatically available for Your Account if it is open and not delinquent at the time Stamps are earned.
Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card cardholders will earn one (1) Stamp in the Hotels.com Rewards program for every $500 spent in Net Purchases (purchases minus returns and credits) using Your Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card. Purchases will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.
ATM transactions, cash advances of any kind, balance transfers, cash equivalents such as money orders and prepaid gift cards, casino gaming chips, wire transfers, off-track wagers, lottery tickets, or bets or wagers transmitted over the internet, fees or interest posted to a linked account, including but not limited to returned payment fees, late fees, and monthly or annual fees are not considered purchases and do not earn Stamps.
Stamps will be calculated each Billing Cycle. You’ll see Stamps you’ve earned from card purchases on Your monthly card billing statement. Stamps earned during a billing cycle will be automatically transferred to Hotels.com Rewards program after the end of each billing cycle. Returns or adjustments may affect Your Stamp calculation.
Any transactions that have not been allocated to a Stamp will be forfeited if Your Account is closed for any reason. In addition, You will forfeit any Stamp that has not been transferred to Hotels.com if Your Account is closed for violating these Terms, the Hotels.com Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, misusing the Card Rewards Program, or violating Your Consumer Credit Card Customer Agreement & Disclosure Statement. If Your Hotels.com Rewards membership is closed for any reason and You retain Your Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card, You will no longer earn Stamps. Earning Stamps with Your Hotels.com Rewards Visa Credit Card may not prevent Your Hotels.com Rewards membership from going inactive (please visit www.hotels.com/rewards for details). To learn more about the redemption value of a Reward Night earned from eligible stays at Hotels.com, refer to www.hotels.com/rewards for details. If you choose a room, apartment, or other equivalent accommodation that costs less, the redemption value of the reward night is limited to the cost of the accommodation before taxes, fees, and other charges. There will be no remaining redemption value associated with this reward night and there will be no cash refund for any residual amounts. - General Terms. We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or temporarily suspend the Card Rewards Program, in whole or in part, or change any of the Terms, at any time and for any reason, which may result in the decrease of redemption value or cancellation or forfeiture of any spend that has not been allocated to a Stamp. We will give You advance written notice of material changes to the Terms or Card Rewards Program. We reserve the right to remove any person from the Card Rewards Program in the event of suspected fraud or abuse of the Card Rewards Program privileges or a violation of these Terms, as determined solely by Us. We reserve the right to delay or not enforce any of Our rights under the Rewards Program without waiving or losing Our rights to enforce them later. Any unredeemed Stamp does not have cash value. At any time and for any reason without notice to You, Wells Fargo or Hotels.com may change the amount of Stamps required for a Reward Night redemption.

Wells Fargo disclaims liability or responsibility for Hotels.com’s failure to award or redeem Stamps to or from Your associated Hotels.com Rewards account after Wells Fargo has met its obligations to Hotels.com Rewards program in connection with such a request.
