Jamie Feldman is a managing director, head of REIT Research, and the Residential REIT analyst at Wells Fargo. The Wells Fargo REIT Team ranked #4 in Extel’s 2024 Institutional Investor Poll and #5 in 2023. Jamie joined in 2022 after 13 years as the Office and Industrial REIT analyst at Bank of America that consistently ranked #3. Jamie also covered REITs at UBS from 2006-2009 and Prudential Equity Group from 2002-2006, and began his Wall Street career in the investment bank at Bear Stearns. Prior to graduate school, Jamie worked for Accenture and Deloitte’s real estate consulting group. Jamie earned a BS from the University of Texas at Austin and JD/MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Blaine Heck is an executive director and senior Real Estate Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities covering the Office, Industrial and Cold Storage Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sectors. He had previously worked with the firm’s equity real estate team as an associate analyst covering office and industrial REITs. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, he worked at CBRE Global Real Estate Securities covering office, industrial, retail, and multifamily REITs. Blaine holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance from Loyola University Maryland. He has held the CFA designation since 2009 and is a member of the Baltimore CFA Society.
Eric Luebchow is an executive director and senior Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities on the Telecom Services and Communications Infrastructure team. His coverage includes wireless carriers, data centers, wireless towers and fiber-optic broadband providers. The Wells Fargo team ranked in the top 10 in the latest Institutional Investor poll of Communications Infrastructure analysts, including runner-up finishes in 2017-2020. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Eric spent four years in investment banking at J.P. Morgan within its Public Finance Group. Eric holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in economics from Duke University. Eric is also a CFA charterholder.
John Kilichowski is a vice president and the senior Healthcare and Net Lease REIT analyst at Wells Fargo. John joined Wells Fargo in 2022 and spent his first two years at the firm covering Residential REITs. He joined from Credit Suisse, where he spent two years as a Mortgage REIT associate. Prior to Credit Suisse, John spent four years as a pitcher in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. John earned his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Cooper Clark is a vice president in Equity research & leads coverage on the Lodging & Retail REIT sectors at Wells Fargo Securities. Before joining Wells Fargo in 2022, he a was a REIT sector specialist on the Sales & Trading Desk at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Prior to joining KeyBanc in 2019, Cooper earned a BA from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
