  • Applications must be submitted through the online grant application form or alternative accessible application designed for assistive technology users.

Foundation Information

Ann Katherine Spear, a resident of Cobb County, Georgia, created the Foundation through her Last Will and Testament.  Since her death in 1999, the Foundation has provided support to organizations that assist elderly women.
