The Newton B. Shingleton Trust was established under the Last Will and Testament of Newton B. Shingleton dated September 15, 1975. Newton B. Shingleton, a resident of Winchester, Virginia, created the charitable trust primarily to benefit the residents of the Winchester, Virginia area.
