Applicable for closing delays caused by Wells Fargo for first lien purchase loans on single family primary residences. FHA and VA loans and down payment assistance programs are not eligible. New construction, condominiums, investment homes, and properties in the state of New York do not qualify. Additional limitations may apply.

Possible tax implications: If compensation is received, the funds may be considered additional taxable income and will be reported on Form 1099-MISC for the primary borrower (the first person listed on the loan) on the application. This means the borrower may owe taxes on that additional income. Consult with your tax advisor to understand if taxes may be affected.
