Start your application

Blend Labs, Inc. (“Blend”) hosts the online mortgage application for Wells Fargo.

After we review your information, we'll get in touch to discuss your loan options and see if you're ready to move forward. If you are, we'll ask for your consent to take the next step and submit a mortgage application for processing.

We'll perform our initial credit review and collect any additional documents we need in order to provide you with a prequalification or preapproval letter. As a homebuyer, this could make your offer more competitive because it tells the seller you're in a good position to get the financing you need.

We'll complete the final steps to review and verify all the information for your loan (such as the property appraisal, employment verification, and other details). If everything checks out, you'll receive final approval of your mortgage application.

Congratulations! Now it's time to start preparing for closing, where you'll wrap up the mortgage process and start the next stage of your homeownership journey.

A PriorityBuyer® letter is a conditional preapproval based on our preliminary review of information provided and limited credit information only and is not a commitment to lend. A loan commitment depends on verification of mortgage application information, review of financial documentation and property acceptability and eligibility, including the appraisal and title report. A PriorityBuyer letter is subject to change or cancellation if a requested loan no longer meets applicable regulatory requirements. PriorityBuyer letters aren’t available on all loan products. Talk to a home mortgage consultant for details.

Wells Fargo’s online mortgage application automatically populates information for current Wells Fargo account holders who use their Wells Fargo Online® username and password at the start of their application.
