The Clover Flex mobile POS system can take card and contactless payments where you do business. This handheld device offers easy, flexible payment processing with minimal setup and training.

Clover Flex and the Clover Go are both mobile point-of-sale devices that allow businesses to take payments on the go. However, Clover Flex is more than a simple card reader; it has an onscreen signature and PIN pad, a built-in barcode/QR scanner, and receipt printer.

Both the Clover Flex and Clover Flex Pocket are portable POS systems that accept payments on the move, the difference is how they provide receipts. The Clover Flex has a built-in receipt printer and the Clover Flex Pocket supports digital-only receipts.

With the Clover Flex you have access to a software that helps you manage day to day operations. From sales tracking and inventory to employee management, your choice of software plan and the Clover dashboard can provide the reporting you need to run your business.

The Clover Flex battery life lasts at least 8 hours of use for a typical business.

Clover software plans may vary based on the Clover solution selected by the merchant, and Clover will bill the merchant directly. Clover accounts can only have one software plan for all devices on the account. Additional hardware or accessories may require additional fees. Clover software, applications, and other third-party applications that may be available through Clover or the Clover App Market are subject to the terms and conditions of the developer and may include additional fees. All fees are subject to change. Existing merchants can refer to the Clover Dashboard for their current software plan and the latest Clover pricing.

Clover solutions are made available through Wells Fargo Merchant Services, L.L.C. (WFMS). WFMS and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. do not provide, and are not responsible for, third-party software or applications, including those offered by Clover.

To use LTE, you must enable Clover Cellular Data by opting in each Clover device with the LTE feature. Cellular Data comes at an additional monthly cost billed by Clover per opted in device. You can opt into or deactivate Cellular Data access at any time in the Clover Dashboard or by using the Setup app on the device.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

Kitchen printers must be hardwired to a router. Clover devices can communicate with a kitchen printer via Wi-Fi.

There is no early termination fee or long-term commitment for card processing services.

PCI non-compliance fees apply. This fee amount applies for Level 3 and Level 4 merchants with 1-25 MIDs only. If you have more than 25 MIDs, contact your Merchant Services consultant for more details on this fee.

If you accept payments using equipment or a gateway that you did not receive from Wells Fargo, the online or keyed rates and fees may apply to tap, dip, and swipe transactions.
