How do I know my request has been received?

Please allow 2 business days for your request to be processed. We will not have specific information until that time.

Where do I send my request?

Please submit requests to the fax number listed on the form appropriate to your request type. Requests sent to an inappropriate fax number will not be returned or completed.

We are unable to process Mortgage Company, Wells Fargo Mortgage, Quality Control, and Consumer Account Rating requests sent via mail or submitted at a branch.

Housing Assistance Agency requests and Medical or Public Assistance Agency requests submitted via mail or through a branch will be delayed.

Can you return my original request?

We are unable to return original requests.
