Wells Fargo Business Cash Back Program (“Program”) Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: November 19, 2025

This Program is only available to Wells Fargo Signify Business Elite® Credit Card and Wells Fargo Signify Business Essential® Credit Card (hereinafter each a "Business Card"). The Cash Back program cannot be added to other Wells Fargo business credit card products.

“Primary Business Card” means the account that holds, calculates and/or collects all cash back, including cash back earned by employee Business Card(s) linked to the same account.

"You," "Your," or "Customer" means each person with a Wells Fargo rewards-based Business Credit Card, according to our records

The Primary Business Card account will earn cash back based on the qualifying purchases made on the Primary Business Card account and employee Business Card(s) linked to the same Primary Business Card account.

"Qualifying purchases" are net purchases (purchases minus returns/credits) and exclude cash advances and equivalents of any kind (such as ATM transactions, overdraft protection advance, traveler’s checks, money orders, pre-paid gift cards, person-to-person money transfers, digital currencies (to the extent accepted), and wire transfers); balance transfers including the use of SUPERCHECKS; disputes, illegal actions, and violations (such as disputed or illegal purchases or purchases that violate the terms of your agreements); fees and interest of any kind (such as late fees, returned payment fees, monthly or annual fees); and gambling transactions of any kind (such as bets or wagers transmitted over the internet, casino gaming chips, lottery tickets or off-track wagers).

You will earn 1.5 cents ($0.015) cash back for every $1 spent in qualifying purchases, made on Business Card account(s), rounded to the nearest one cent.

Cash back accrual will begin on the date You open Your Primary Business Card account.

Earned cash back is calculated on each monthly statement and credited quarterly. Cash back will only be calculated and credited if the Business Card account(s) have the Wells Fargo Business Cash Back program, and the Business Card account(s) are open and not delinquent.

Cash back accumulation will be reflected on each Primary Business Card account statement. Cash back is not eligible for crediting until after the eligible transaction has appeared on a monthly statement.

Cash back will be credited to either a designated Wells Fargo Business Checking or Savings Account, or the Primary Business Card account, depending on Your selection. The designated account will be credited every three months in March, June, September and December. The cash back earned and transferred to the Primary Business Card account from employee Business Card accounts after the statement cycles in March, June, September and December will not be credited until the next quarterly cash back distribution.

If a Business Card account is closed, all accumulated cash back earnings, that have not yet been credited, will be forfeited.  If a closed account is later reopened, the forfeited cash back earnings cannot be retrieved.

For customers with multiple Business Card accounts under different business names, earned cash back and other rewards between those accounts cannot be transferred.

This Program cannot be combined with or switched to a different loyalty or rewards program, including but not limited to the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program.

Wells Fargo reserves the right to make adjustments to cash back amounts. For example, if you receive a cash back credit in excess of the amount actually accrued, your cash back balance will be debited for the amount of the erroneous rewards disbursement. If you receive a cash back amount credit and there is a subsequent return, the amount of the return will be deducted. Consequently, your cash back earned balance total may be a negative number.

No retroactive cash back credits will be given.

Both federal law and South Dakota laws govern these terms and Your Program participation, no matter where You live or use the Program. The terms are void where prohibited by law.

Wells Fargo may change these terms and change, suspend, or terminate any part of this program at any time and for any reason. We will notify You in advance in writing when We make material changes to these terms or the Program.

Arbitration Disclosure - These terms are made part of your business credit card agreement with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and any arbitration provisions listed in your business credit card agreement will apply to these terms.
