Wells Fargo Common Trust Funds

Common trust funds are unregistered bank investment products that pool fiduciary client assets to invest in a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, or other securities. Common trust funds are available as investments only to certain accounts, the assets of which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. or its affiliated Banks, hold in a fiduciary capacity as defined in Section 9.18(a)(1) of the regulations issued by the Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”). Common trust funds are exempt from Federal income tax and regulated by the OCC. KPMG LLP is the independent certified public accounting firm hired to audit the Wells Fargo Bank Common Trust Funds and provide a professional opinion in the annual report.
