Username/Password Help

I forgot my password.
For your security, we do not email or present you with your current password, but it’s easy to create a new password online.

1. To create a new password, go to Password Help and enter your username or Social Security number and your Date of Birth. If you have another account with Wells Fargo, you will enter that account number instead.

2. We will send you an Advanced Access code by phone for you to input.

3. We'll display your username and ask you to enter a new password.
I forgot my username.
We can remind you what your username is. Simply go to Username Help and enter your Social Security number and your password, and we will display your username. Then click Continue to go to Account Summary.
I forgot both my username and my password.
If you have a username and password, but do not remember them:

1. First create a new password. Go to Password Help and enter your username or Social Security number and your Date of Birth. If you have another account with Wells Fargo, you will enter that account number instead.

2. We will send you an Advanced Access code by phone for you to input.

3. We'll display your username and ask you to enter a new password.
Have you signed up to view your accounts online? If not, sign up now and create your username and password.
My password has been disabled.
For your protection, if you — or someone trying to access your accounts — enter an incorrect password three times, we disable your password. Follow these easy steps to sign on:

1. Go to Password Help and enter your username or Social Security number and your Date of Birth. If you have another account with Wells Fargo, you will enter that account number instead.

2. We will send you an Advanced Access code by phone for you to input.

3. We'll display your username and ask you to enter a new password.
I have a temporary password.
If you received a temporary password in the mail or over the phone, simply sign on with your username and temporary password. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
I want to change my username or password.
It’s a good idea to change your password on a regular basis. Once you sign on, and are viewing your retirement plan account, select the My Settings link at the top of the page. Then, select either Change Password or Change Username and follow the instructions.
I signed up over the phone or in a Wells Fargo store and need a username and password.
You can create a username and password online now:

1. Go to Password Help.

2. Enter your Social Security number and your Date of Birth. If you have another account with Wells Fargo, you will enter that account number instead.

3. Accept the E-Sign Consent and agree to the terms of the Online Access Agreement and the Retirement Services Internet Site Disclaimer.
