Requirements
- To be eligible, organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Applications must be submitted through the online grant application form or alternative accessible application designed for assistive technology users.

Grants are limited to charitable organizations that support the rehabilitation of underprivileged disabled children through hospitalization within the state of Florida.

About the Foundation
The Walter F. Goodnough Trust was established under the Last Will and Testament of Walter F. Goodnough. Mr. Goodnough was a resident of Seminole County, Florida who desired to support the rehabilitation of underprivileged disabled children in the state of Florida.
