Mission

The Garrett Family Ever Forward Foundation seeks to nurture and expand self-awareness, determination, reliance, and actualization in keeping with the spirits of so many who have sacrificed to establish and preserve these freedoms.

Application

By invitation only. Applicants will be contacted directly by an officer of the Foundation or will receive an email with a formal invitation and instructions on how to submit an application.

Requirements

  • Consideration will only be given to applicants who have received an invitation to apply for a grant.
  • To be eligible, organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • Applications must be submitted through the online grant application form or alternative accessible application designed for assistive technology users.

Limitations

No grants will be awarded to individuals

Application period and deadlines

Applications are accepted year-round. Applications must be submitted by April 1 or September 1 to be reviewed at the bi-annual grant meetings.

Communications

Applicants will receive an email confirming their submission. Grant decisions are generally communicated in June and November via a grant approval letter.

Required agreements and reports

  • Periodic progress reports and final reports may be required for funded projects.
  • No publicity or public announcements regarding a grant from the Foundation may be made without the prior written approval from the Foundation.
