Wells Fargo Opens SBA Lending Office in Boise to Serve Small Businesses in Idaho and Eastern Oregon

Wells Fargo has opened an SBA Lending office in Boise to provide business and real estate loans to small business owners throughout Idaho, as well as in eastern Oregon.
Staffed by Business Development Officer Patrick Vaughn, the office provides entrepreneurs with loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to help them start or expand their small businesses, providing financing not generally available from typical business lenders.

"We also provide loans for working capital, equipment or inventory purchases, and real estate transactions," said Vaughn, a native of Boise and a current resident of Meridian. "The opening of this new office is part of Wells Fargo's drive to increase and improve the level of service we provide to businesses in Idaho."
Vaughn has worked in the financial services industry for 32 years. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, he served in various management positions at Idaho First National Bank, Washington Federal Savings, Payment Systems for Credit Unions, Monterey Federal Credit Union, Farmer's & Merchants State Bank.
Vaughn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Boise State University and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He also completed accounting courses at Idaho State University.
