Wells Fargo opens Commercial Banking office in Bellevue, Wash.
BELLEVUE — November 15, 1999
Wells Fargo has opened a new commercial banking office in Bellevue to serve the growing eastside market.
"We believe the Eastside offers tremendous opportunities for growth which can be better supported with a commercial banking team located in the market," said Sanjiv Sanghvi, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Commercial Banking in Western Washington.
The new office is led by Don Grant, Vice President and Loan Team Manager. Grant is a 22-year veteran of Wells Fargo and long time Eastside resident. In addition to Grant, the Bellevue office staff includes four relationship managers, a business development officer and two relationship associates.
The office is located in suite 1420 of the Rainier Plaza until the new Civica Commons Office project is complete.
"Our new offices at Civica won't be complete until December 2000," said Grant. "We did not want to wait until then to begin serving the eastside with a local team dedicated to the market."
Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Group provides a full array of financial services to companies with annual sales of at least $10 million. These services include working capital, equipment and real estate financing, cash management, foreign exchange, and international trade finance.
