Why have I come to this page?

Someone sent you money using your email address or mobile number. To receive your money, you need to select either your bank (if shown above) or clearXchange. You will then need to register your email address or mobile number and select an eligible U.S. deposit account where your funds will be deposited.

What does "register" mean?

When you register your email address or mobile number, you are validating your identity to receive money. You also choose the checking or savings account where your funds will be deposited.

What is clearXchange?

clearXchange is a network of banks that allows customers of other financial institutions receive money through our payment services. Customers who do not bank at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, FirstBank, Frost Bank or U.S. Bank should use clearXchange to register their mobile number, email address, and bank account.

Do I need to register each time someone sends me money?

In the future, any payment sent to an email address or mobile number you register will be deposited into the checking or savings account you select. You will only need to register again if someone sends you money using an email address or mobile number you have not previously registered.
