We’re here to help

Our Disaster Assistance team will give you the information you need to process your insurance check and repair the damage to your home. We will also evaluate your situation to see if there are other ways we can help.

What is the disaster relief period?

After a disaster, you may be eligible for up to 90 days of disaster relief. Late payments will not be reported to the credit bureaus or affect your credit rating during this time, and you won't be charged any late fees. If possible, you should still make your regular payments on time so your account is up to date.
