Welcome to Wells Fargo. We're excited to have you as a customer.

And while we realize you didn't start your mortgage with us, we will work hard to provide superior service and earn your business with every interaction.

We want to make sure your move to Wells Fargo is easy and hassle-free. The terms and conditions of your mortgage remain the same. The biggest change is that Wells Fargo will now take over the management of your loan, which includes accepting and applying your payments, and assist you with maintaining your escrow account ... if you have one.

We'll also provide regular statements that explain the details about your payment status and where you are in paying down your mortgage. With Wells Fargo, you choose how you want to work with us.

As a Wells Fargo customer, you'll find it easy to keep track of your loan and make your payments through a variety of options. To start, let's review your statement. It provides many details of your account, such as your loan balance and how to contact us. Located at the bottom of the statement is the payment slip which shows the date and amount due and where to mail it.

Remember to pay the full amount by the due date. This will prevent any late charges. We provide many different options to make your payment: You can pay by mail using the payment slip from your statement. You can pay online at as I'll show you in just a minute. You can also use our automated telephone system to make a payment or speak with one of our customer service representatives. Keep in mind that a fee may apply for phone payments.

After you make your first payment, we'll email you to confirm that it's been received and applied to your mortgage. We also offer an easy and convenient automatic payment plan. You can use this feature even if you don't bank with Wells Fargo. Keep in mind that if you had automatic payments with your previous mortgage company, they don't transfer or continue with us. You'll need to set up a new plan.

To set one up, go to and sign on to View Your Account. This gives you access to our website that is only available to customers known as Wells Fargo Online. If you do bank with us, you may have already enrolled for Wells Fargo Online. If so, your mortgage information will now appear along with your existing bank accounts.

Once in your mortgage account, click the Transfer and Pay icon at the top of the page, and then click Pay WF Accounts. On the Pay My Wells Fargo Accounts page, you can select to make a one-time payment as I mentioned earlier, or establish an ongoing automatic payment based on frequency options you choose. You can even add non-Wells Fargo bank accounts to make your mortgage payment. Beyond automatic payments, you'll find other resources on Wells Fargo Online to help you manage your account.

It's easy to view your principal balance, your statements, escrow account details, taxes and interest, and all of your other transactions directly on Wells Fargo online.

And if you ever have financial difficulty making a payment, please call us right away. Once we know your situation, we'll talk about everything that is available to help you.
