Our community outreach consultants and account managers are here to provide the support your agency needs. Here’s how they can help:

Community outreach consultants

Your community outreach consultant is responsible for helping us partner effectively with nonprofits in your region, providing support for:

  • Outreach events. Helping agencies organize and promote forums, workshops, and other events
  • Onboarding and orientation. Helping new agency partners understand how to work with Wells Fargo
  • Performance review. Analyzing results for individual agencies
  • Issue resolution. Addressing critical issues and resolving problems escalated by account managers
  • Training requests. Reviewing and responding to agency requests for training

Account managers

Your account manager is responsible for ongoing operational support, including:

  • Pipeline reporting. Providing a monthly review and analysis of loan volumes, approvals, and processing times
  • Quality control. Providing feedback on documents submitted
  • Issue resolution. Helping review and resolve problems that have been escalated by counselors
  • Training sessions. Conducting virtual training on documentation requirements, and how to use Hope LoanPort® and other processing systems
