Branches and offices

As the country begins to reopen, we are cautiously adjusting how we serve our customers safely. Many branches continue to expand their business hours to better assist you. Check the status of branches and offices near you.

Call centers

Our call centers remain open. We are experiencing higher than normal call volume with longer than usual wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding as we work to serve all of our customers.

Health and safety measures

Safety is our top priority. In all of our locations and at ATMs, we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures and installed hand sanitizers for both customer and employee use following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and public health guidance. Visit the CDC website.

Assisting our communities

We're focused on the needs of the communities where we operate. The Wells Fargo Foundation is donating $175 million to help address food shortages, public health needs, small business stability, and housing security for the most vulnerable populations. Resources will be allocated via expedited grant-making at the local level and also through relief efforts with national and international organizations in order to serve the immediate needs of communities. This includes a $1 million grant to Feeding America to support their 200 member foodbanks as they work to feed people during this time of crisis, and a $10 million donation to the WE Care Fund to help our employees access assistance when necessary.
