As we navigate these unprecedented times impacting our families, businesses, and financial health, Wells Fargo is committed to helping as many of our customers as possible through near-term challenges and payment relief solutions. With the changing credit and economic situation, we will focus on processing loan applications already received. We are, however, temporarily suspending taking new applications for several of our consumer and small business products and services. As the situation and credit environment continues to evolve, we will resume taking applications to support our customers on their long-term journey of financial health and progress.

Assisting our communities

We're focused on the needs of the communities where we operate. The Wells Fargo Foundation is donating $175 million to help address food shortages, public health needs, small business stability, and housing security for the most vulnerable populations. Resources will be allocated via expedited grant-making at the local level and also through relief efforts with national and international organizations in order to serve the immediate needs of communities. This includes a $1 million grant to Feeding America to support their 200 member foodbanks as they work to feed people during this time of crisis, and a $10 million donation to the WE Care Fund to help our employees access assistance when necessary.
