Misplaced your debit or prepaid card? You can turn it off immediately — right from your phone or computer. When you find your card, turn it on again. It's easy, and it's instant.

Just remember that when your card is turned off, you won't be able to use it for purchases or ATM withdrawals. Authorized recurring payments may still be processed. 

If you know your card is lost or stolen, you can replace your card online or from the Wells Fargo Mobile® app.

How to turn your card on and off with your mobile phone:

Using your phone, from the account summary screen, select the account linked to the debit card you want to turn on or off. The resulting screen will be named for the account you chose. Select the control identified as the More Services button by your assistive technology. Select Turn Card On or Off. Select the button labeled for the card you want to turn on or off. Assistive technology will announce the account name, number, and present status as part of the button.
