How can I protect myself from fraud?

What should I do if I lose my device or my device is stolen?

In addition to notifying your mobile carrier, please call us at 1-800-869-3557, 24 hours a day, to notify us that your device is lost or stolen. We can disable the Sign On with Touch ID feature on your Wells Fargo Mobile app.

If you have the Find My iPhone app downloaded to your device, you can use it to remotely lock your device. Please refer to the Apple website for more information about Find My iPhone.

How do I request an ATM Access Code on my device?

Open the Wells Fargo Mobile® app, go to the menu icon, select Account Services, then Card-Free ATM Access, and tap the Request Code button. You will receive a code that you can use at any Wells Fargo ATM.

What is Voice Verification?

Voice Verification is a new biometrics service that allows customers to use their unique voice to verify their identity when they call Wells Fargo for service on their accounts.  Customers can choose to speak a simple passphrase instead of entering other information.

How do you know it is actually me that is recording the voiceprint?

Like other transactions, we help ensure the privacy and security of our customer’s information by authenticating you before completing the transaction.  We identify you with the same secure methods before creating your voiceprint.
