Web Conference Center Support

The Web Conference Center is a service provided by InterCall. If you are an attendee, organizer, or presenter in need of assistance the following support options are available:

Phone Support

To ensure your critical issues are resolved in a timely manner, please contact 1-877-300-8431 and select option three, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Live Meeting Client Software

The most common issue when joining Live Meetings is that the Live Meeting Client is not installed. You can perform a self test to determine if Live Meeting Software is installed by going to test your browser. (If Live Meeting does not open you will need to install the software). Live Meeting software is available:

  • Wells Fargo Team Members: Please contact you normal support channels or helpdesk for software installation.
  • Other Attendees: The Live Meeting Client is available for download here.

Further Troubleshooting (Wells Fargo Team Members Only)

  • Website: Wells Fargo Team Members can also utilize the InterCall Live Meeting Service and Support Site for support information, FAQs and additional product resources.
  • Email Support: Wells Fargo Presenters and Organizers can obtain additional information regarding non-technical questions by emailing InterCallLiveMeeting@wellsfargo.com.
