What is the advantage of scheduling an appointment online vs. going directly to a store to see a banker?

We know your time is valuable. By scheduling an appointment, you can ensure there will be a banker available to meet with you at your chosen time.

Why doesn’t my local Wells Fargo store offer this Make an Appointment service?

Not all Wells Fargo Stores are staffed to accommodate this service. We expect to expand Make an Appointment service to other banking locations in the future.

Why don’t I see all Wells Fargo products when I make an appointment?

Currently, all Wells Fargo products aren’t serviced in every store. We’re working hard to expand our services to more stores. Soon, you’ll be able to find the products and services you want in a store near you.

Can I schedule an appointment for today?

Yes. You can schedule an appointment for as soon as 1 hour from now or up to 10 weeks in advance.

Can I search for locations that offer the Make an Appointment service on my mobile device?

Yes. On the Wells Fargo Mobile app select Make an Appointment or go to www.wellsfargo.com/appointments and select Schedule a new appointment. After you choose a reason for your visit, you will be asked to select a location. You can search by your present location, ZIP code or address, and see a list of locations where you can make an appointment.

Can I schedule an appointment on my mobile device?

Yes. On the Wells Fargo Mobile app select Make an Appointment or go to wellsfargo.com/appointments. After you choose a reason for your visit, you will be asked to select a location. You can select your current location, or you search by a ZIP code or address. You will then see a list of locations where you can make an appointment.

Do I have to be interested in a product to schedule an appointment with a banker?

You don’t have to be interested in a specific product to make an appointment. You can open a new account, service an existing account, or get a personalized financial review.

Can I schedule an appointment with a specific banker?

A qualified banker will be ready to meet and can discuss the full range of Wells Fargo products and services. At this time, appointments cannot be scheduled online with a specific banker.

What personal information is required to make an appointment online?

We ask you to indicate if you are an existing Wells Fargo customer, your name, email, and phone number to ensure we can contact you for the purpose of scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment.

How will my contact information be used?

Your contact information will be used for the purpose of scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment or for receiving feedback on your experience. Your information will not be shared with third parties. You will not receive spam email from Wells Fargo as a result of scheduling an appointment online.

How do I know if my appointment has been confirmed?

You will be sent an email confirming your appointment. Please print and bring your confirmation email with you to your appointment. You may also receive a phone call from a banker confirming your appointment.

If I booked my appointment using my computer, can I look it up from my smart phone?

Yes. Appointments made on a computer can be viewed and edited on your smart phone and vice versa.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Will I need to bring anything with me when I come in for the appointment?

Please print and bring your confirmation email as well as your ID with you to your appointment. You do not need to bring any other documents with you. If you have specific questions regarding your accounts or banking relationship, feel free to bring those documents with you to assist the banker in answering your questions. If you forget to bring your confirmation email, our bankers will still be ready to serve you; just mention you scheduled your appointment online.

Who should I ask for when I arrive at the banking location?

Just let any of the bankers know you are there for an appointment and they will direct you to the appropriate banker.

If I am late for my appointment, can I still meet with a banker?

Yes, our bankers will be happy to meet with you as soon as they are available.

Rescheduling or Cancelling an Existing Appointment

How can I reschedule or cancel an existing appointment?

On the Wells Fargo Mobile app select Make an Appointment or go to www.wellsfargo.com/appointments and choose View Appointments. So we can locate your appointment, you'll be prompted to enter your name and email address or your Wells Fargo information. You can reschedule, change, or cancel an existing appointment.

What do I do if I miss my appointment?

Our bankers are happy to meet with you at a different time. Please return to Make an Appointment and schedule a new appointment.
