Linking your PolarExpress Card

  • Getting Your Card:
    Pick up your PolarExpress Card at the Office of the Bursar located on the first floor of Signers’ Hall
  • Once you have it, bring it to any nearby Wells Fargo banking location to open an account:
    • 794 University Avenue, Fairbanks
  • See a banker to link your card to your new or existing Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account

Reporting your lost or stolen linked PolarExpress Card

Contact your school

  • You may deactivate your card immediately on Blackboard eAccounts at: https://eacct-ualaska-sp.blackboard.com/eaccountsuaf/AnonymousHome.aspx
  • Notify the Office of the Bursar immediately if you lose your card at 907-474-7384 to deactivate campus access on the blue UAF mag stripe.
  • Come by the Office of the Bursar at Signers' Hall to replace a damaged, lost or stolen card.

If your card is linked to a Wells Fargo account, immediately contact Wells Fargo 24/7 at 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557). Wells Fargo accepts Telecommunications Relay Services calls. For TTY/TTD, call 1-800-877-4833.

Link your new card

Once you have your new card, speak with a Wells Fargo banker to have it linked to your checking account.
