Since joining the firm in early 2007, Rachel has participated in projects that have allowed her to gain a variety of pension experience. Brad Fisher, FSA, EA, FCA, MAAA
Brad has been providing actuarial and employee benefits consulting since 1987 and has been a principal of the firm since 1990. His personal highlights include maintaining ongoing relationships with many clients through a variety of circumstances and management changes over the last 30 plus years. He continues working with his clients to manage the risks related to their retirement plans. A number of those plans have been terminated effectively and successfully in recent years. He has also worked with a prominent not-for-profit organization to establish an effective SERP program for senior management.

Laura B. Garretson
Laura specializes in the use of our underlying software platform for our defined benefit administration services. Michael specializes in advising employers on funding, accounting, and plan design issues for qualified retirement plans and nonqualified retirement plans. He is the current leader of the BPS&M Government Plan Practice Group. His role is to keep members of the group informed of all activities in the governmental plan area.
