Wells Fargo surveyed working millennials ages 22-32 and found that:
- Only 49% are saving for retirement.
- Of those saving for retirement, 72% participate in employer-sponsored retirement plans.
- Three out of four believe the best way to get ahead financially is to work for a company that offers a career path.
Many millennials are more focused on paying down their student loan debt than on planning for retirement.
