CEO Mobile® Service

Business banking on your mobile device

The CEO Mobile service allows customers to securely access their accounts when they’re on the go, away from their computer or office, or traveling for business. Customers can perform many of the same tasks they do through the CEO portal, as well as additional functions such as uploading business expense receipts or depositing checks using an iPhone®, iPad®, or Android® device.

With CEO Mobile you can:

Make and approve payments

Initiate wires and approve or reject wires and ACH transactions.

Make deposits

Deposit checks with an iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

Manage commercial cards

Manage business travel spending quickly and efficiently by entering cash expenses and uploading transaction receipts using an iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

Monitor your bank accounts and loans

Get a detailed view of deposit and loan accounts and transfer funds between your commercial bank accounts at Wells Fargo.

View your reports and balances

Review account activity, recent transactions, and both summary and detail information on cash and credit accounts with the following reports:

  • Intraday and previous day composite
  • Intraday returned items
  • Controlled disbursements
  • Lockbox availability

In addition, with the Supply Chain Finance service, vendors and resellers can view detailed information about credit, invoices, recent orders, and payments due.

Commitment to mobile security

The same security features that protect the CEO portal are built into CEO Mobile, including secure sessions, advanced encryption, and secondary authentication for sensitive money movement transactions or changes to user access. Fraud protection services allow you to monitor your accounts and activity even if you’re away from your desk or out of the office.

The CEO Mobile Token feature eliminates the need for you to carry a physical security token by generating a code on your iPhone or Android smartphone in place of your RSA SecurID® token to perform transactions on the CEO portal and CEO Mobile service from your PC, laptop, or smartphone. And with the CEO Mobile biometrics eyeprint feature, signing on to CEO Mobile is now easier than ever: you won’t need a password or token and can sign on by simply scanning your eyes.
