What do you do as a Technology Project Coordinator?
I help manage our Mainframe Resiliency Program. My team purpose is to provide the bank’s stores with a robust, efficient, and reliable mainframe environment.

I also do a lot of business support for my manager and the mainframe executive team, and I’m the SharePoint Administrator—SharePoint is a Microsoft Office product that we use for workflow management and documentation sharing.

What type of other activities are you involved in?
I’m involved in several team member resource groups (TMRG). TMRG is another word for club. I’m the co-chair of our Diversity Council. I’m the events chair for Women and Technology chapter. I help out with the communications and newsletters for Exceptional People of Arizona, which is a disability-awareness group. I’m also involved in Habitat for Humanity for Volunteer Wells Fargo.

How do you manage all of your responsibilities and activities?
I’ve learned to multitask very well. I think my ability to organize and prioritize and keep all the balls up in the air is one of my greatest strengths.

What do you like about your job?
I love everything about my job. I love that every day I come to work, it’s something different.

I’ve changed jobs four times in the last four years. There are so many opportunities within Wells Fargo. And the people I work with now are so knowledgeable and willing to share anything they know if you ask them. Everybody has been a joy to work with.

Has anything surprised you about your career at Wells Fargo?
The amount of support that I’ve received throughout my career has been extraordinary. I don’t know if it was necessarily a surprise, but I didn’t expect to get so much support from my managers, from mentors, from peers.

What are your career aspirations?
I would really like to be somewhere in the Technology Information Group senior management. I’m not quite sure what exact position I want. I know I want to manage people, lead teams — all of my roles so far with the bank have given me an opportunity to be at a high-level strategic role. I like setting the vision and tracking to it.
