The Wells Fargo Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement (WBR) Analyst Program is ideal for recent undergraduates interested in working in a collaborative environment focused on providing exceptional client service. Program participants gain a deeper knowledge of the financial services industry through hands-on experience in one of the lines of business within the division. While working as full time team members, the Program also provides participants with a ten month development experience that supplements their role within WBR. This program includes professional development sessions, exposure to key leaders, group project work, coaching and mentoring. Professional Development during the program includes a Strengths Finder workshop, developing communication and presentation skills, Business Writing, product and market educational sessions and project team assignments to support strategic initiatives that will be presented to the WBR Operating Committee at the end of the program. After completion of the 10 month WBR Analyst Program, participants continue in the role into which they were hired. There is an expectation that Analysts will stay in their role for at least two years.

The program offers a wide variety of opportunities within our lines of business, with locations centered in Charlotte, St. Louis, Minneapolis and other areas of the country.
