Wells Fargo Corporate Finance provides financial analysis, strategic development, statistical and financial modeling, and general financial consulting across Wells Fargo's many business lines.

The Finance Associate Development Program is a 12 month rotational program that provides a unique opportunity to experience hands-on work in a large financial services company. The program offers two distinct tracks in Finance and Accounting. Each associate will complete 3 rotations with Accounting or Finance project teams depending on the chosen track. Candidate qualifications, preference and business need, will determine which track individuals will be placed in.

Associates in the Finance track will work in the following groups:
  • Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Corporate Asset and Liability Management
  • Treasury Financial Planning and Analysis

Associates in the Accounting track will work in the following Controller Division groups:
  • General Ledger Administration
  • Internal Reporting and Analysis
  • Securities and Operations Accounting

The objective of this program is to prepare associates for Finance or Accounting careers within Wells Fargo Corporate Finance, using a combination of on the job experience, classroom and web-based training, and peer interaction. Successful participants will develop a wide range of practical and technical job skills, further develop leadership and communication skills, and develop a broad professional network within the company. Each associate will be paired with a program manager and mentor. This team, along with the associate, will work together to identify strengths, opportunities for growth, develop skills, and provide guidance. At the conclusion of the 12 month program associates will continue in a full time role within Corporate Finance.
