Commercial and Corporate Lending

The Commercial and Corporate Lending relationship teams provide a broad selection of financial services to both mid-sized companies and large corporations. The groups partner with companies, financial institutions, governments, and not-for-profit entities with annual sales of $20 million to more than $5 billion. With a national platform, the groups deliver a full suite of Wells Fargo offerings including credit, treasury management, insurance and risk management, investment banking and capital markets products and expertise.

Commercial Real Estate

As the # 1 commercial real estate lender in the US, the Commercial Real Estate Group is the leading provider of credit and financial services to real estate owners, developers, investors, REITs, and investment opportunity funds. The group provides products and services such as construction loans, secured and unsecured lines of credit, and interim financing arrangements for completed structures, rehabilitation and affordable housing loans, and permanent loans, and permanent loans for securitization.

Chief Administrative Office

The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Internship Program is ideal for current undergraduates interested in working in a collaborative environment who want to gain a deeper knowledge of communications, marketing, human resources and government and community relations from the perspective of the financial services industry.

Leadership Development

The Leadership Pipeline Program is a competitive, non-rotational development program that provides broad exposure to various business segments of Wholesale Banking in one of four functional capacities: Sales and Client Services, Project Management, Finance and Technology. Program participants are exposed to a variety of business groups, providing a good understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The program focuses on practical hands-on learning, and provides opportunity to engage in projects that are cross-departmental in scope and impact.

One of the leading wealth management, brokerage and retirement providers in the U.S., the group focuses on providing solutions that meet clients’ unique needs. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and retirement.
