Wells Fargo Securities

Wells Fargo Securities combines strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory services. The group includes Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and the Securities and Investment Group. These businesses serve middle market and large US corporate and institutional clients with debt and equity underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, loan syndications, debt and equity sales and trading, tax-exempt products, research and economics, and hedging products related to equity, commodities, and interest rate risk.

Commercial Banking

The Commercial Lending relationship management teams provide a broad selection of financial services to mid-sized or middle-market companies. The groups partner with companies, financial institutions, governments, and not-for-profit entities with annual sales of $20 million to $500 million. With a national platform, the groups deliver a full suite of Wells Fargo offerings including credit, treasury management, insurance and risk management, investment banking, and capital markets products and expertise.

Wealth, Brokerage & Retirement

One of the leading wealth management, brokerage and retirement providers in the U.S., the group focuses on providing solutions that meet clients’ unique needs. Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and retirement.
