To get help with setting up your account:
  • Call us at 1- 800-939-6703 Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm Eastern Time. Phone training can take as little as 10 minutes. Please have your Merchant ID available when you call.
  • Or you can schedule an appointment online. We will call you at your specified time to provide step-by-step training so you can begin processing card payments right away.
