Accept payments by keying in card info into a web browser (or via e-invoicing)

Take payments by entering card information into a web browser on your own device. No equipment or website needed. Authorize.Net’s digital invoicing feature lets you create and send email invoices to your customers to pay from their personal computer or phone. A card reader can be added later on if you decide to accept card payments in person.


Pricing

Monthly service fee:

  • $9.95/month after statement credit applied to $24.95/month contract price
  • Monthly statement credit will be applied through September, when the contract price changes to $9.95

Software fee:

  • No additional monthly software fee

If you choose to add on point-of-sale (POS) hardware from Wells Fargo Merchant Services or Authorize.Net, you may be charged card present (tap, dip, swipe) fees at a lower cost per transaction. Those fees range from 2.20 – 2.60%, plus $0.15 per transaction.

If you choose to add on point-of-sale (POS) hardware from Wells Fargo Merchant Services or Authorize.Net, you may be charged card present (tap, dip, swipe) fees at a lower cost per transaction. Those fees range from 2.40 – 2.60%, plus $0.20 per transaction.

Offer details: Offer valid only for new Wells Fargo Merchant Services (WFMS) small business accounts opened April 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021. Limit one offer per merchant location. Maximum reimbursable amount is $75 total on Covered Fees that are reimbursable. Covered Fees paid by the merchant will be reimbursed if the amount was incurred during the first four billing cycles after account open date. "Covered Fees" are limited to equipment purchases or rental fees, WFMS recurring monthly fees, wireless fees, setup fees, and processing fees and expressly exclude all third-party fees (including Clover® software or other fees), WFMS non-compliance fees (including ACH reject, chargeback and non-validation PCI compliance) and any other fees or fines not listed. Any reimbursed amount will appear as a credit on your Merchant Services statement on the following month’s statement after the fees are billed. You are responsible for any shipping and handling fees and any applicable taxes. Most Clover devices require a Clover software plan for an additional monthly fee per device. Clover charges a fee for this software that is subject to change. If you submit an application online and you want to purchase more than one piece of equipment when you open your account, or if you want to purchase equipment not offered through the online application, please call us at 1-855-274-3030 or contact your Merchant Services specialist to complete your application. Please contact us if you have any questions. If the total Covered Fees are less than $75, the remaining amount is forfeited. WFMS account must be in good standing at the time the offer is applied. Cannot be combined with any other WFMS offer. Offer subject to change at any time.

Per online or keyed-in transaction

When customers are on the phone or on your website, a transaction is completed by keying in the card number in the device or online through an ecommerce gateway.

Total monthly processing

Monthly processing volume is the total dollar amount of credit/debit card transactions you process in all of your merchant locations in a month including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PIN debit.
