You’ll receive a welcome kit in the mail that welcomes you to Wells Fargo Merchant Services. Your kit contains reference and operational information; including instructions on how to set up your new equipment, or reprogram the compatible solution you already have.
Should you need further assistance, please call the Wells Fargo Activation Group at 1-800-939-6703, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern Time. Please have your merchant account number available when you call.
