What is the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program?

The Wells Fargo Business Rewards program is a way for you to earn rewards just for making everyday business purchases with your Wells Fargo business credit card or Mastercard® access card.

Is there an annual program fee?

There is no annual rewards program fee for new Business Platinum, Secured, or Business Elite Signature credit cards.

How do I select the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program?

Customers can choose the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program at the time of application. Existing customers of the Wells Fargo Business Platinum Credit Card, Wells Fargo Business Elite Card, or the Wells Fargo Business Secured Credit Card who are not enrolled in the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program may enroll their credit card account in the program by calling 1-800-225-5935.

How do I earn rewards points?

Earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. All purchases made with your Wells Fargo Business credit card or Mastercard access card earn points, including internet purchases, phone and mail order purchases, and bills set up for payment using your card.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards points I can earn?

There is no limit to the number of base rewards points you earn (one point for every dollar spent in qualifying purchases) on your Business credit card or Mastercard access card. For special bonus offers, you may have a limit. Please refer to the terms and conditions specific to your program.

When do rewards points expire?

Points will expire five years from the month in which they were earned. You can view expiring points on your monthly statements.

Points are redeemed on a first-in, first-out basis. Expired points will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

Can my employees earn rewards points on their cards?

Yes, your employees earn rewards points on their cards. The rewards owner will receive all rewards points earned by each cardholder.

Please note that if your company is set up with individual billing, the points earned from your employee cards may roll up to the rewards owner’s account at cycle time with a one-month lag. If your company is set up with consolidated billing, there is not a one-month lag on earned points from employee cards.

Can I set up someone to manage rewards on my behalf?

Yes. Business owners that use Business Online Banking can grant online access to someone using an online feature called Business Administrator*. This feature enables a Business Administrator to manage rewards as well as view account information and perform transactions.

To access this feature, sign on to Business Online Banking and select "Manage Access" from the "Welcome" menu. Then choose "Manage Business Administrators".

*Not available for Secured Card, Business Lines of Credit, or Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO®) customers.

How do I track my rewards points?

Online

  • Business Banking customers: Sign on to Business Online Banking. You can view your rewards balance on the Account Summary page. To view additional details or redeem, select "Wells Fargo Business Rewards".
  • Commercial customers: Sign on to Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO®) and select "Basic Banking". Access "Account Details" and enter or select the credit card account enrolled in the Business Rewards Program. Click the Business Rewards Program Website link.

  • Call the Business Card Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight, Eastern Time, seven days a week (except major holidays).

    NOTE:
    Have your Rewards Account Number (Rewards ID) available when you are ready to redeem. You can always find your Rewards ID on your monthly statement, listed as "Membership No.".

How do I access, view, or redeem my rewards?

Online

  • Business Banking customers: Sign on to Business Online Banking. You can view your rewards balance on the Account Summary page. To view additional details or redeem, select "Wells Fargo Business Rewards".

What types of rewards are available?

The Wells Fargo Business Rewards program offers hundreds of rewards, including airline tickets, cash back to your business card account, gift cards from major retailers and restaurants, hotel/car rentals, cruises, merchandise, and charitable donations.

How long will it take to receive rewards that I order?

Gift cards are mailed within 7-10 business days of your redemption order. All merchandise items are subject to availability and will usually ship within 3-7 business days from the date of the request. Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email within 1-3 business days of the order.

Can I give a gift card to someone else?

Yes. Gift cards can be given to any person (but they cannot be personalized).

What is a digital gift card?

A digital gift card is a gift card that is issued by a merchant and delivered electronically via email within 48 hours of the order.

Will I be able to view my notification email and digital gift card on any mobile device?

Due to the many different combinations of software and hardware, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to view your digital gift card on any mobile device. However, our digital gift cards are optimized to display on the following types of mobile or smart phone devices: Apple iPhone® or Touch®, and AndroidTM or Droid.

Why doesn't the merchant logo or image appear in the notification email for my digital gift card?

Due to the many different combinations of software and hardware, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to view your digital gift card on any mobile device. However, our digital gift cards are optimized to display on the following types of mobile or smart phone devices: Apple iPhone® or Touch®, and AndroidTM or Droid.

Transferring points

Can I transfer points if I have more than one Wells Fargo Rewards program?

Yes. You can transfer points between two eligible business products or between eligible business and personal products.

How do I transfer points between my accounts?

Sign on and navigate to the Business Rewards homepage. To access transfer functionality, click "My Rewards" in the top navigation menu and select "Transfer".

Is there an additional fee to transfer points for redemption?

No. There's no additional fee to transfer points.

Are there limits on how many points I can transfer points?

No. You can transfer as many points as you have available in all of your eligible rewards programs.
