What is the Wells Fargo Business Rewards Program?

The Wells Fargo Business Rewards program is a way for you to earn rewards just for making everyday purchases with your Wells Fargo Business Card. When you enroll, you can choose between earning rewards points and earning cash back.

Is there an annual program fee?

An annual membership fee of $50 or $75 will be assessed depending on your program. The annual membership fee covers not only your card, but also enrollment for all cards assigned to the business, unless your company specifically requested a card level rewards program that allows each cardholder to keep their own points by paying an annual membership fee for each card.

How do I enroll in the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program?

Customers can enroll in the Wells Fargo Business Rewards program at the time of application for a Business Card.  For existing customers, enroll your Wells Fargo Business Platinum or Secured Card by calling 1-800-225-5935. For Wells Fargo Business Elite Card call 1-800-231-5511. Please have your 16-digit card number available when you call.

How do I earn rewards points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 in net eligible purchases (purchases minus credits/returns). All purchases made with your Wells Fargo business card earn points, including internet purchases, phone and mail order purchases, and bills set up for payment using your card. You can earn even more points by shopping with your business card at a participating Earn More Mall® merchant. Earn bonus points for every dollar you spend at over 10,000 online and in-store merchants, plus take advantage of hundreds of exclusive discounts and free shipping offers updated daily.

How do I earn cash back automatically?

If you enroll in the Cash Back Advantage rewards program, all purchases made with your Wells Fargo Business Card earn cash rewards. This includes internet, phone, and mail order purchases, plus bills set up for payment using your card.

You earn 1% cash back for net eligible purchases (purchases minus credits and returns). The cash reward amount is calculated monthly by multiplying each purchase by 1%. It will be automatically credited to your account on a quarterly basis. You can choose to have your cash bonus credited either to your primary business card account or to your eligible business checking or savings account.

Is there a limit to the number of reward points I can earn, or a cap on the cash back?

There is no limit to the number of standard rewards points you earn (1 point for $1 spent in net purchases) on your business card. For Earn More Mall and/or special bonus offers, you may have a limit. Please refer to the terms and conditions specific for your program.

There is no cap on the cash back you can earn.

When do rewards points expire?

Points will expire on November 30th, three years from the year in which they were earned. Points are redeemed on a first-in first-out basis. Expired points will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

Can my employees earn rewards points or cash back rewards on their cards?

Yes, your employees earn rewards points or cash back rewards on their cards. The primary cardholder will receive all rewards points or cash back earned by each cardholder.

Please note that if your company is set up with individual billing, the points earned from your employee cards will roll up to the primary cardholder account at cycle time with a one-month lag. If your company is set up with consolidated billing, there is not a one-month lag on your earning from employee cards.

All cash rewards earned on all cards are automatically credited to the primary business card account (or eligible business checking or savings account) each quarter.

How do I track my rewards points?

There are a few different ways to check your rewards points balance:

  • Sign on to your business account through Wells Fargo Business Online and select the Rewards Summary tab.
  • Call the Business Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365. We're open daily from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm, Pacific Time, except major holidays.
  • Review your most recent business credit card account statement.

How do I redeem rewards?

There are a few different ways you can redeem rewards.

Redeem rewards through Wells Fargo Business Online

  • Login to Wells Fargo Business Online banking.
  • Go to Account Activity for your business card.
  • Click on "Wells Fargo Rewards" in the Rewards Summary box on the left hand side of the page. You will land on the rewards redemption site already logged in, and you can browse and redeem your rewards points.

Redeem rewards through our rewards site

The first time you log in, you'll be required to create a Username/Password for this rewards site, which is separate from the login credentials you established for the Wells Fargo Business Online site. This access method allows your designated employee to manage the rewards points for your business separately from your other Wells Fargo accounts if needed.

Call the Business Rewards Service Center

You can also call the Business Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365. Be sure to have your 8-digit Membership ID for authentication. Your Membership ID can be found on your monthly billing statement.

What types of rewards are available?

The Wells Fargo Business Rewards program offers hundreds of rewards, including airline tickets, cash back to your business card account, gift cards from major retailers and restaurants, hotel/car rentals, cruises, merchandise, and charitable donations.

How long will it take to receive rewards that I order?

Gift certificates and gift cards are mailed within 7-10 business days of your redemption order. All merchandise items are subject to availability and will usually ship within two to six weeks from the date of the request. eCertificates are delivered electronically via email within 48 hours of the order.

Can I give a gift card or gift certificate to someone else?

Yes. Gift certificates and gift cards can be given to any person (but they cannot be personalized).

Can I redeem points to pay for my annual program fee?

Yes. Log in and browse rewards or call the Business Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365 to redeem points to pay your annual membership fee.

What is an eCertificate?

eCertificate, or electronic certificate, is a gift certificate that is issued by a merchant and delivered electronically via email within 48 hours of the order.

Will I be able to view my notification email and eCertificate on any mobile device?

Due to the many different combinations of software and hardware, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to view your eCertificate on any mobile device. However, our eCertificates are optimized to display on the following types of mobile or smart phone devices: Apple iPhone or Touch, Android or Droid, and BlackBerry.

Why doesn’t the merchant logo or image appear in the notification email for my eCertificate?

Depending on the email and web browser software on your computer or mobile device, and depending on your security settings, you may need to allow images to download. While viewing your eCertificate in your email client or web browser, look for an option or button to download or allow images. If available, select this option and the merchant logo or image should appear. Due to the many different combinations of software and hardware, we cannot guarantee that images will download in your email or web browser software.

How do I access my rewards account online?

You can access your rewards account online from www.wellsfargo.com/biz, or by registering at www.wellsfargorewards.com.

  1. Log onto wellsfargo.com/biz
  2. Go to your business card Account Activity page
  3. Click on "Wells Fargo Rewards" in your Rewards Summary Box on the left hand side

  1. Select Business Card Rewards Program on the lower right hand side.
  2. Click Register Now below the log in fields at the top of any screen.
  3. Fill out the registration form, including your 16-digit business credit card number, your 8-digit membership number, and your E-mail address.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Log in with your new user name and password.

What should I do if I forget my WellsFargoRewards.com user name or password?

It's easy to reset your password.

  1. Click the Forgot User Name/Password? link under the log in fields at the top of any screen.
  2. Enter your user name and select Continue.
  3. Answer a shared secret question that you set up when you initially registered.
  4. Create a new password.

If you forget your user name, you will need to register again. It only takes a minute. This will reset your Wells Fargo Rewards account. You can also call the Wells Fargo Business Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365 and press '0' to speak with a representative.

Why am I being asked a shared secret question when I log in?

At Wells Fargo, we care about keeping your information safe and secure. And that's why we've added shared secret questions to the log in process for your rewards account.

How it works

You select and answer three shared secret questions. Keep in mind that your answers must be unique for each question. If you forget your password, we will ask you to respond to a shared secret question you've set up on your rewards profile. This enables us to authorize you to reset your password.

Please note that we will never ask you to provide answers to your security questions via email.

Tips for selecting your questions

The answers to the security questions you select should be easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess. If you have selected security questions on other sites, you should also avoid using the same set of questions to protect your Wells Fargo Rewards account online.

What if I can't answer the shared secred question?

First, be sure to answer the question exactly as you entered it during your initial sign on registration process. If you have forgotten your answer, you must register again to reset your user name, password, and shared secret questions.

Can I use my Wells Fargo Business Online user name and password to access my rewards account online?

You can access your rewards account from your Wells Fargo Business Online session by going to Account Activity page for business card, and clicking on the "Wells Fargo Rewards" link in the Rewards Summary box.

Linking accounts and combining points

Can I combine points if I have more than one Wells Fargo Rewards program?

Yes. You can combine points between business credit card and business lines of credit reward programs via the rewards website. You must first link your eligible rewards accounts together.

If you wish to combine points from a business credit card or business lines of credit rewards account with points from a related consumer credit rewards account, you can initiate a points transfer request on the rewards website or you can contact the Business Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365 for assistance with this points transfer process.

If you are logged into your business rewards account, you can transfer points into this account from a consumer credit account but if you wish to transfer points out of your business rewards account to a consumer credit account in order to complete a redemption, you will need to login to your consumer credit account at mywellsfargorewards.com or call the Consumer Rewards Service Center at 1-877-517-1358.

I no longer wish to link my rewards programs. Can I de-link them?

Yes, you can de-link your rewards programs at any time. Go to the Business Rewards Accounts page and select the De-link Rewards Account option.

Is there an additional fee to link accounts and combine points at redemption?

No. There’s no additional fee to combine points. Your program-specific Terms and Conditions will not change.

Where can I see all my linked rewards programs?

To see all your linked business rewards accounts, log in and select the Business Rewards Accounts tab.

Where can I see all my combined business credit and business lines of credit rewards points?

To see your total available rewards points for redemption, log in and select the Business Rewards Accounts tab. From there you can go to individual Points Summary pages for specific information on each program.

If you wish to verify how many rewards points are available in your consumer credit account, you will need to contact the Rewards Service Center at 1-877-517-1358.

Are there limits on how I can combine points when I redeem?

No. You can combine as many points as you have available in all of your eligible rewards programs. You can redeem points online or over the phone for any reward with the exception of cruise lines which must be booked over the phone. You will need to have sufficient points in your business rewards account before you can complete the redemption. If you need to transfer points from your consumer rewards account into your business rewards account in order to have enough points for your desired reward, please complete the points transfer request online or by phone prior to completing the redemption. If you need to transfer points between your linked Business Rewards Accounts in order to have enough points for your desired reward, please complete the points transfer request by calling the Business Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365.
