Applying for a Business Elite Card
After I apply, when will I receive my card(s)?
You will receive your new card(s) about 7 to 10 business days after your application has been approved and processed. If you requested additional cards on your application, they will be mailed at the same time.
Can I apply for multiple employee cards at the same time?
Yes. You can apply for multiple employee cards on the same application. Visit our How to Apply
page to learn more about the application process. If you are an existing business card customer, you can add cards by contacting your business banker or calling the Business Elite Card customer service at 1-800-231-5511
Account Maintenance Questions
What are my payment options?
Your payment options are pay your minimum payment to extend your payments over time or pay the full balance. The minimum monthly payment will be the greater of: 5% of the balance or $500. For companies with credit lines over $100,000 the monthly balance must be paid in full.
What happens if there are unauthorized charges on my stolen card?
If your card (or card number) is lost or stolen, report your missing card right away or tell us as soon as you notice any unauthorized activity by calling 1-800-231-5511.
Through the free Zero Liability program you are not responsible for unauthorized transactions that are reported within 60 days from the first statement showing the unauthorized transaction.
