Business debit card transactions

Keep track of your posted debit card transactions

To keep track of your posted debit card transactions to avoid the monthly service fee, you can use your mobile phone or desktop.

Log in to Wells Fargo Business Online® and within your specific checking account Activity Summary, open "Show more detail" (for Mobile) and access the Debit Card Activity link to display:

  • Number of posted debit card purchases and posted debit card payments of bills you have made
  • The last day by which a transaction must post in order to count for that fee period

Keep in mind, debit card transactions may post to your checking account after the date you initiated a transaction. The debit card transaction must post within the fee period in order to count towards the total of 10 or more.

The second paragraph of info ‘Debit Card Activity’ tells you the number of posted debit card purchases or payments you’ve made since the beginning of the the current fee period (0), and the number you need by the end of the period (10). The fee period beginning and ending dates are specified in this paragraph.

Know your fee period

The fee period is the period we use to calculate monthly service fees.

Log in to Wells Fargo Business Online® and within your specific checking account Activity Summary, open "Show more detail" (for Mobile) and access the Monthly Service Fee Summary link which will show your fee period.

The dates of previous periods and activities that counted towards the monthly service fee waiver can be viewed in the Monthly Service Fee Summary. Monthly fees are calculated and posted on the last business day of the fee period.

The summary for each fee period includes:

  • Minimum requirements for each option to avoid the monthly service fee
  • Your activity towards those requirements within the dates of the fee period

This information is also located on your checking account statement in the section called "Monthly Service Fee Summary."
