How do I earn rewards points?
Earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases.
All qualifying purchases made with your eligible Wells Fargo Business credit product earn points, including internet purchases, phone and mail order purchases, and bills paid with your card.
How do I access, view, or redeem my rewards?
Online
- Business Banking customers: Sign on to Business Online Banking. You can view your points balance on the Account Summary page. To view additional details or redeem, select Wells Fargo Business Rewards.
- Commercial customers: Sign on to Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO®) and select Basic Banking. Access Account Details and enter or select the credit card account enrolled in the Business Rewards Points Program. Click the Business Rewards Program Website link.

- Call the Business Card Rewards Service Center at 1-800-213-3365, 8:00 am - 12 midnight, Eastern Time, seven days a week (except major holidays).
NOTE: Have your Rewards Account Number (Rewards ID) available when you are ready to redeem. You can always find your Rewards ID on your monthly statement (listed as Membership Number).
Can employees earn rewards points?
Yes, your employees earn rewards points on their credit cards. The primary cardholder will receive all rewards points earned by each cardholder.
Can I set up someone to manage rewards on my behalf?
Yes. Business owners that use Business Online Banking can grant online access to someone using an online feature called Business Administrator*. This feature enables a Business Administrator to manage rewards as well as view account information and perform transactions.
To access this feature, sign on to Business Online Banking and select Manage Access from the Welcome menu. Then choose Manage Business Administrators.
*Not available for Secured Card, Business Lines of Credit, or Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO®) customers.
