What browsers and smart phones support the Make an Appointment service?
The Make an Appointment service has been optimized to work on Internet Explorer v.6 or higher, and on the following smart phones:
- iPhone 4G iOS 5 or higher
- iPhone 4S iOS 5.x or higher
- iPhone 5 iOS 6.x or higher
- HTC EVO 4G OS 2.3 or higher
- HTC One OS S4.0 or higher
- Samsung Galaxy Nexus OS 4.1 or higher
- Motorola Droid X OS 2.3.x or higher
- Samsung Galaxy S2 OS 2.3.5 or higher
- Samsung Galaxy S3 OS 4.0.4 or higher
The service may also work on other browsers and smart phones.
How will my contact information be used?
Your contact information will be used for the purpose of scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment or for receiving feedback on your experience. Your information will not be shared with third parties. You will not receive spam email from Wells Fargo as a result of scheduling an appointment online.
What You Should Bring to Your Appointment
Will I need to bring anything with me when I come in for the appointment?
Please print and bring your confirmation email as well as your ID with you to your appointment. You do not need to bring any other documents with you. If you have specific questions regarding your accounts or banking relationship, feel free to bring those documents with you to assist the banker in answering your questions. If you forget to bring your confirmation email, our bankers will still be ready to serve you; just mention you scheduled your appointment online.
