Creating an Inclusive Environment
Here are some of the ways we are working to make Wells Fargo a more inclusive environment:

  • Team Members. We hire, develop, and retain team members who are diverse in gender/gender identity, age, education, ethnic origin, ability, race, religion, and sexual orientation.

  • Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Council. Members from every business line advise Wells Fargo's diversity staff and executive management committee on policy, program, culture, and leadership best practices.

  • Business Line Diversity Councils. Advise managers on policy, program, culture, and leadership best practices.

  • Team Member Networks. Wells Fargo has Team Member Networks devoted to professional growth and education, community outreach, recruiting and retention, and customer insight. Groups include:

  • Diverse Segments Group. Our internal consultants advise on all matters that relate to diverse growth segments and multicultural marketing.

  • Supplier Diversity. We provide all suppliers equal access to procurement opportunities and encourage team members to use a supplier base that reflects the diversity of our team members, customers, and communities.

  • Women and Minority Services. We help businesses grow with flexible credit programs, options for building businesses online, retirement planning, and more.

  • Training. Wells Fargo offers diversity classes to Wells Fargo managers and team members to help participants understand why diversity and creating an inclusive environment are important to Wells Fargo's success.
