David Galloreese is Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Wells Fargo, where he is responsible for building and implementing the strategies, programs, and infrastructure to develop, engage, and retain the best talent for the company. His team of HR professionals delivers a range of services, including learning, talent planning, talent development, operations, team member care, benefits, payroll, systems, and strategic insights.

David is deeply committed to developing talent, passionate about leveraging data and technology to modernize operations, and dedicated to diversity and inclusion. A strategic leader with broad experience in human resources and compliance, David has a proven track record of partnership, execution, and successfully leading teams through change. Before joining Wells Fargo in 2018, he held a dual role as chief HR officer for Sam’s Club and head of talent for Walmart, responsible for attracting and retaining best-in-class talent and driving engagement, culture, and the employee and customer experience. David also previously led HR at Medallia, a global customer experience software company, was senior vice president of HR for the Nevada Region at Caesar’s Entertainment; and held HR leadership roles for MGM Resorts International and Macy’s, Inc.

He has a B.A. in sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
